Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop Over $1 Million in Debt?

Celebrity News: How does Goop, actress Gwyneth Paltrow’s weekly lifestyle email/newsletter, make money? Um, well this is awkward — apparently, it doesn’t.

The company’s latest corporate documents, uncovered by RadarOnline, show that Goop’s assets fell almost $100K in the past year, from $848,226 in 2012 to $752,210 in 2013. That’s the good news for the lifestyle empire. Goop is in debt to the tune of $1,626,295, up from $1,155,330 last year, with the entirety of the bill coming due in the new year.

In addition, the Iron Man 3 actress only filed an “abbreviated balance sheet” for the company for 2013, meaning there may be more financial issues than the current filing reveals. Kind of like she cleaned her room by throwing everything under the bed.

Not only does the company appear to be in dire financial straits, but it can’t seem to hang onto leadership, either. Longtime CEO Sebastian Bishop quit in April when Goop’s shaky financial ground first came to light, with Finance Director Preete Janda following soon after in July.

Following Gwyneth’s split from husband Chris Martin, the company recently moved from its offices in London to Los Angeles. We’ll see if the (presumably) decreased rent helps stop the ship from sinking.

Is Miley Cyrus Dating Patrick Schwarzenegger!

Celebrity News: The 'Wrecking Ball' hitmaker is said to have been ''casually'' romancing the 20-year-old son of Arnold Schwarzenegger but insiders insisted to E! News that they are ''not officially together.''

The ''good friends'' were seen together with a group of around six people at the Universal Studios Hollywood's Halloween Horror Nights on Thursday (10.30.14) and the following morning they headed to Patrick's Los Angeles apartment to prepare for Halloween festivities.
This isn't the first time the pair are believed to have dated, as in 2011 they went on a number of outings together, but Miley, 21, went on to reconcile with now-former fiance Liam Hemsworth.

That same year, Patrick voiced his crush on the former 'Hannah Montana' star.

He said: ''My eye, though, is set on Miley.''
In August, Miley admitted she still loves her ex-fiance Liam, whom she dated on and off for four years until September 2013.
Speaking about their friendship, she said: ''I love Liam, Liam loves me.''

Liam was also overheard gushing about his ex-lover - whom he started dating while filming 'The Last Song' in 2009 - during dinner with friends in Italy in July and told pals they will always be best friends.

A source said at the time: ''Liam kept raving about how amazing she was, how much they clicked and understood everything about each other.''
